Our office specializes in General Family Medicine:

We provide general health and well being, perform physicals, Well Women’s Health, EKG’s and blood-draws.  There are two providers on staff; myself and Kristin Tetz-Graczyk, Nurse Practitioner. We see patients Monday thru Friday, please call for an appointment.

If you are looking for a family oriented atmosphere, we can provide that for you.  We are conveniently located in the Lutz Area on Dale Mabry Hwy in the Greystone Professional Park.
